We guarantee suites ready by 4 p.m. Departures are at noon.

A pre-registration email will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival, you will be invited to either enter your coordinates or confirm them, tell us your approximate time of arrival and authorize the pre-authorization by credit card which will guarantee the payment of stay and cover the security deposit. The final payment will be adjusted to the actual balance of the cost of your stay on the morning of your departure. This process is currently not mandatory but recommended to simplify your arrival.

Pre-authorization

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of funds on a credit card. The transaction made by card is not charged to the cardholder, but the amount is frozen and unavailable. This transaction is done either before your arrival at the hotel during your online pre-check-in or when you check-in in person. A credit limit increase may also be required during your stay.

Please note that a reservation at the hotel does not guarantee a table reservation at the restaurant in the evening.

AT THE RESTAURANT: We encourage you to reserve in advance, through our concierge or by telephone at 819-425-3400.

All our suites face the direction of the Lake Tremblant and offer a private balcony or large terrace with screened French patio doors to enjoy the mountain air of Lake Tremblant.

Preceding or following the benefits of massages and our treatments, succumb to the temptation of the steam bath, the sauna, the infinity pool (open in summer only) or the whirlpool bath at the time of a spectacular sunset. For the more athletic, you will also find your exercise room here. A paradise on earth... the Spa Sans Sabots!

*Please note that our outdoor pool is not heated, but used has a Nordic experience. During the summer season, the temperature is maintained between 73 and 75 C.

At Hôtel Quintessence, we strive to provide a pleasant stay for all our guests and ensure that your pet enjoys their time with us! We kindly ask you to follow our guidelines when traveling with your dog :

• Companion or emotional support dogs are only accepted in certain suites designated for this purpose, subject to availability, and limited to one animal per suite (20 lbs / 9 kg max*). Prior approval from the hotel must be obtained at the time of booking.
• Dogs must not be left alone in the suites and must be kept on a leash whenever they leave the suite.
• Dogs are only allowed in the suite and outdoor areas. Access to the restaurant and spa is prohibited for dogs, except for service dogs*.

Fee: A non-refundable fee of $150.00 per stay will be charged for suite cleaning. Additional fees may apply.
